Session Policies

Sessions are paid for before we meet.
Rescheduling and appointment cancellation require 24 hour notice.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Email me if there are any extenuating circumstances.

Session rates are for the time reserved and not for any particular outcome.

Please plan to be on-time for your session. If you know you’ll be late or are having technical difficulties, please get in touch or I will assume you are not coming after 10 minutes.

Sessions will end at the time originally scheduled, without extension for late arrival unless it’s me who is late.

Please install Zoom well in advance of your session.
Your confirmation and reminder e-mails include the Zoom link for your session.
