About Kristen TenDyke
Who is Kristen?
Kristen TenDyke is a Reiki master and fiber artist dedicated to harmonizing fragmented parts, within herself and the world around her.
Through compassionate and inclusive animist ritual practices she works cooperatively with the natural world and its human or other-than-human peoples to bring about loving and lasting change.
Her ancestral people hail from Germany, England, the Netherlands. She lives with her partner, children and cat on the traditional lands of the Wabanaki peoples, currently known of as Maine.
A little more backround…
In 2008, when I began practicing Reiki and yoga, I never could have imagined myself facilitating ancestral connection for others. I didn’t even know it was a thing.
Through the years of self exploration, furthering education, attunements in Reiki and yoga teacher training, my awareness of energetic anatomy expanded. And while navigating the grief of my mother’s passing, in 2018 I found my way to Ancestral Healing as a way of reconnecting with her.
Not only did the Ancestral Healing process strengthen my trust that my mom was in good hands, but as I navigated through healing my other lineages I began clearing a cloud of doubt, guilt and self sabotage and discovered a feeling of purpose and a sense of direction.
